Our return policy is as stated:
If your order is damaged in shipping you have 2 weeks to return it, but must call or email us immediately.
If it is a mistake on our part you need to call or email us immediately and we will explain to you what to do after that.

If your tube machine requires service and your purchase from us has been over thirty days, return it directly to the manufacturer as specified in the instruction booklet.
